
Mark Hinkle voted for John Hospers, Libertarian for President in 1972 and officially joined the Libertarian Party in 1974 and has been active in many roles since then.
He was Libertarian Party of California Chair in 1997-2001.
Currently he serves on the LNC (Libertarian National Committee) as the region 2 (California) representative. He has previously served 3 terms (6 years) there.
After spending 30 years in the hi-tech community (IBM, Hitachi Data Systems, Sun Microsystems & a couple of startups), he started a small business focusing on child safety in the back yard.
A retired engineering manager, he lives in Morgan Hill with his wife Linda and son Logan.
